- You judge yourself by your intentions, you judge others by their actions.
- Want to know what you like most about yourself? Think about what you emphasize on a first date.
- Toxic people don’t exist in a vacuum. Sometimes it’s not that person A is toxic in general, but rather that the combination of person A and person B is toxic to each other.
- Without failure, there is no catalyst for growth.

- People that make you feel bad for being excited about something are extremely lame.
- Being “cool” means absolutely nothing.
- “Just be a good person” isn’t great advice because in order to follow it you have to be able to check yourself. During his trial, Ted Bundy said he was a good guy. He truly believed that.
- If he says he’s a “nice guy” run far away and quickly.
- It’s dangerous to open yourself up to people when you have no sense of self-worth.
- Life is about the little things.
